New Horizons CLC of Kansas City Quarterly Report Card and Ranking

As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions (CPLS), we are required to use the Metrics that Matter® learning evaluation and analytics system to measure learning impact and improve performance. All Microsoft CPLS training centers must also use the same system and many non-Microsoft CPLS training centers voluntarily use it as well.
Immediately following a training event, New Horizons of Kansas City collects course evaluation information from every student. Follow-up evaluations are emailed to the same students 60 days after the training event and again after 12 months. The results of these evaluations are then compared with results from other technology training centers for industry benchmarking purposes.
Our students have always given New Horizons of Kansas City high ratings relative to our competitors. We always rank in the Top 10% of technology training centers and frequently appear in the Top 25 CPLS rankings from Microsoft partners. And, Knowledge Advisors recently stated that New Horizons of Kansas City maintains the highest customer satisfaction rating of any CPLS in the area!
We feel it's important to provide decision makers with all of the information needed to effectively evaluate training options. To demonstrate that value, we've decided to publish our rankings and report card on a quarterly basis regardless of the results. If you are currently working with another training provider, ask them for copies of their rankings and report cards to see how their students evaluate the quality of the services they provide.

You can download a PDF copy of our report card for the most recent quarters below. When you open the file you will see a composite result for our center for each category and question that we measure (the blue bars). In addition, you will see the benchmarked results of our peers (the orange bars).
