Administrative Assistant

We have immediate openings in the Kansas City area for both full-time and part-time highly motivated support personnel to join our sales team.
BASIC FUNCTION:
To assist the Sales Manager in supporting Consumer Sales personnel and to provide support services to consumer students.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing incoming calls and inquires from Consumer Segment prospects including:
- Career Night event registrations
- Career Night event confirmation calls
- Support existing students by assisting with ongoing needs while enrolled in program such as:
- Class registration and scheduling
- Lab scheduling
- Scheduling and monitoring of practice and certification exams
- Participate in coordination of Career Night events including:
- Room reservations, set-up and break-down
- Coordination of attendee packets
- Coordination of refreshments
- Assist with student documentation, reporting and tracking as required by various state and local agencies
- Assist with credit processing procedures and documentation
- Other duties as assigned by the sales manager

REQUIREMENTS
The right candidate will have:

- Effective oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills including experience using Word, Outlook, and Excel.
